Sedegliano (Friulian Sedean) is a comune (municipality) in the Province of Udine in the Italian region Friuli-Venezia Giulia, located about 80 km northwest of Trieste and about 20 km southwest of Udine. As of 31 December 2004, it had a population of 3,796 and an area of 50.4 km².[1]
The municipality of Sedegliano contains the frazioni (subdivisions, mainly villages and hamlets) Coderno, Gradisca, Grions, Rivis, San Lorenzo, and Turrida.
Sedegliano borders the following municipalities: Codroipo, Coseano, Flaibano, Mereto di Tomba, San Giorgio della Richinvelda, San Martino al Tagliamento, Valvasone. It is probably know for nuturing the talent of massimo donati who plays for celtic f.c in scotland.
