Paluzza is a comune (municipality) in the Province of Udine in the Italian region Friuli-Venezia Giulia, located about 120 km northwest of Trieste and about 50 km northwest of Udine, on the border with Austria. As of 31 December 2004, it had a population of 2,526 and an area of 70.0 km².[1]
Paluzza borders the following municipalities: Arta Terme, Cercivento, Comeglians, Forni Avoltri, Kötschach-Mauthen (Austria), Lesachtal (Austria), Ligosullo, Paularo, Ravascletto, Rigolato, Sutrio, Treppo Carnico.
