Venaria Reale is a comune (municipality) in the Province of Turin in the Italian region Piedmont, located about 8 km northwest of Turin. As of 31 December 2004, it had a population of 35,128 and an area of 20.3 km².[1]
The municipality of Venaria Reale contains the frazioni (subdivisions, mainly villages and hamlets) Altessano.
