Castelnuovo Nigra is a comune (municipality) in the Province of Turin in the Italian region Piedmont, located about 40 km north of Turin. As of 31 December 2004, it had a population of 424 and an area of 28.6 km².[1]
Castelnuovo Nigra borders the following municipalities: Traversella, Trausella, Frassinetto, Castellamonte, Rueglio, Cintano, Colleretto Castelnuovo, Lugnacco, Borgiallo, and Vistrorio.
