Castagneto Po is a comune (municipality) in the Province of Turin in the Italian region Piedmont, located about 20 km northeast of Turin. As of 31 December 2004, it had a population of 1,571 and an area of 11.5 km².[1]
The municipality of Castagneto Po contains the frazioni (subdivisions, mainly villages and hamlets) San Genesio, Baraccone, Ossole, Tamagni, Serre, Galleani, and Cimenasco.
Castagneto Po borders the following municipalities: Chivasso, San Sebastiano da Po, San Raffaele Cimena, Casalborgone, and Rivalba.
