Barbania is a comune (municipality) in the Province of Turin in the Italian region Piedmont, located about 25 km north of Turin. As of 31 December 2004, it had a population of 1,538 and an area of 12.8 km².[1]

Barbania borders the following municipalities: Rivara, Busano, Rocca Canavese, Levone, and Vauda Canavese.
