Belarus has participated in the Eurovision Song Contest four times, debuting in 2004 (see ESC2004). The country entered the contest in the same year that semi-finals began to be used to determine who would compete in the final, and finally qualified for the final in the Eurovision Song Contest 2007.

In the voting, Belarus has every year given 12 points to Russia, and has got frequently high points back.
