"Starting Over" is the second track from Korn's untitled album, and is also one of the six tracks that feature renowned drummer Terry Bozzio. According to Jonathan Davis, the song is very personal in nature, and stems from his experiences overcoming his rare blood condition ITP, drug and alcohol addiction. Towards the middle of the song, the guitars fade to a backing part, and Zac Baird dominates with a gospel-inspired keyboard part.[1]

"Starting Over" was also listed as one of three 'hit songs' on the sticker that came with the album when purchased in stores (the other two were "Innocent Bystander" and "Evolution"). It is also one of the fan favorites from of the album. Though never officially released as a single the song has received minimal airplay on various rock radio stations during March of 2008.
