"Pretty" is a song written and recorded by American rock band Korn for their third studio album, Follow the Leader. It is the album's nineteenth track and the seventh actual song.
[edit] Concept
The song is known for its dark lyrics, as their origins have a gruesome meaning. Jonathan Davis wrote it about a dead body that came in when he was working as an autopsy assistant at a coroner's office. The body he had seen was a baby girl whose father killed and raped and threw her into a bathroom. When it arrived at Jonathan's office, it was all twisted up, and its legs were bent behind its back like a doll.
