Vojnik is a town and a municipality in Slovenia.
Vojnik is in central Slovenia in the north-east of the Celje Basin. Most of the people make their living from farming, but there are also many small businesses. Vojnik was first mentioned as a borough in 1306. It was on fire many times and the town even burned to the ground in 1839.
Nowadays, it a known center of turism.
