UFC 4: Revenge of the Warriors was a mixed martial arts (MMA) event held by the Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) on December 16, 1994, at the Expo Center Pavilion in Tulsa, Oklahoma. The event was seen live on pay-per-view, and later released on home video. UFC 4 used an eight-man tournament format, with the winner receiving $64,000. The event also featured three alternate fights. All seven tournament fights were shown on the live pay-per-view broadcast, as well as the Jason Fairn vs. Guy Mezger alternate fight. The tournament had no weight classes or weight limits. Each match had no time limit or rounds, therefore no judges were used for the night. The referee for the night was "Big" John McCarthy. Royce Gracie won the event by defeating Dan Severn with a triangle choke.

Play-by-play announcer Bruce Beck and color commentator Jeff Blatnick were paired together for the first time on the pay-per-view and became the regular commentary team on UFC broadcasts up to and including UFC 15. They were joined by regular contributor Jim Brown.

Mezger wins by TKO (corner stoppage) in 2:13. Mezger qualifies to UFC 5. Despite hair pulling being legal at the time, both fighters made a pact not to pull each other's ponytails.

Gracie wins by submission (rear naked choke) in 3:39. Van Clief, at 51 years old, is the oldest ever competitor in the UFC. Van Clief also appears in UFC 5 as the commissioner of the International Fighting Council, which was the sanctioning body for this tournament.

Hackney wins by submission in 2:44. Before the fight, Son carried a large cross on his back to the octagon (much like Kimo Leopoldo at the previous UFC event). Then during the bout Hackney delivered several punches to Son's unprotected groin, which would now result in a disqualification in a UFC bout. It is unclear if Son submitted due to an attempted one-arm choke by Hackney or from the effect of punches directly to the testes. Hackney said in the post fight interview immediately afterwards that Joe Son tapped out because "he was choking."

Jennum wins by submission in 4:47. The match began with both fighters trying to get a feel for each others style. Bowen, being a boxer, didn't want to get taken to the ground and Jennum didn't want to stand up with Bowen. After a few minutes of feeling each other out Melton missed with a hook and was pushed up to the cage. Bowen landed a hook, an uppercut, and a few blows to the back of Jennums head before he was taken down. Jennum mounted Bowen who threw ineffective punches from his back while Jennum rained down vicious punches and headbutts. Bowen managed to get back to his feet and land an uppercut before Jennum threw him hard to the ground. Again Jennum mounted Bowen and forced him to submit to an armbar. Jennum could not continue because his hands became so swollen that he could not close them as a result of punching Bowen so many times in the head without protective gloves.

Severn wins by submission (rear naked choke) in 1:45.

Severn wins by submission (rear naked choke) at 0:52 of the first round. Bossett replaced Steve Jennum, who won the previous UFC tournament as an alternate himself.

Gracie wins by submission (via Triangle choke) at 15:49. At the time this match was the longest match in UFC history. Severn held the 'dominant' top position for most of the fight but could not find a way to win. Gracie was eventually able to finish the bout with a triangle choke.
