Torno is a comune (municipality) in the Province of Como in the Italian region Lombardy, located about 45 km north of Milan and about 5 km northeast of Como. As of December 2004, it had a population of 1,222 and an area of 7.8 km².[1]
Torno borders the following municipalities: Blevio, Carate Urio, Como, Faggeto Lario, Moltrasio, Tavernerio.
