Oliveto Lario is a comune (municipality) in the Province of Lecco in the Italian region Lombardy, located about 50 kilometres (31 mi) north of Milan and about 15 kilometres (9 mi) northwest of Lecco. As of 31 December 2004, it had a population of 1,132 and an area of 16.1 km².[1]
Oliveto Lario borders the following municipalities: Abbadia Lariana, Barni, Bellagio, Civenna, Lasnigo, Lierna, Magreglio, Mandello del Lario, Valbrona, Varenna.
