Lipomo is a comune (municipality) in the Province of Como in the Italian region Lombardy, located about 35 kilometres (22 mi) north of Milan and about 3 kilometres (2 mi) southeast of Como. As of 31 December 2004, it had a population of 5,758 and an area of 2.5 km².[1]
Lipomo borders the following municipalities: Capiago Intimiano, Como, Montorfano, Tavernerio.
