The Tampa Yankees are a minor league baseball team based in Tampa, Florida.
The team, which plays in the Florida State League, is the High-A affiliate of the New York Yankees major league club. Home games are played at George M. Steinbrenner Field, a miniature replica of the Yankees' home stadium (Yankee Stadium) in the Bronx.
Legends Field opened in 1996 and seats 10,386 fans. The field sits adjacent to the Tampa Bay Buccaneers' football facility, Raymond James Stadium.
