Xiedu Airlines is new budget carrier based in Beijing Capital International Airport in the People's Republic of China. The chairman of the new airline is Zhang Weibing. The airline plans to fly to various destinations from China to Europe and other parts of Asia. It will be the first Chinese carrier to offer cheap flights from Asia to Europe.
