Chang’an Airlines Co., Ltd. (长安航空) is an airline based in Xi'an, Shaanxi, the People's Republic of China. It operates scheduled, passenger and cargo services within Shaanxi province and to neighbouring provinces. Its main base is Xi'an Xianyang International Airport, with a hub at Yinchuan Hedong Airport[1].

The airline was established on 24 December 1992 and started operations on 1 June 1993. Hainan Airlines owns a 73.51% stake in Changan Airlines[1].
