China Flying Dragon Aviation

China Flying Dragon Special Aviation (中国飞龙专业航空公司) is an airline based in Harbin, Heilongjiang, People's Republic of China. It operates short-haul passenger and cargo charter flights, as well as maritime surveillance, aerial photography and forestry protection services. Its main base is Harbin Taiping International Airport[1].

The airline was established and started operations in 1981. It is owned in a joint venture by the Harbin Aircraft Manufacturing Corporation and the Ministry of Geological Mineral Resources[1].
