Tuşnad or Tusnád (Romanian: Tuşnad; Hungarian: Tusnád) is a commune in Harghita County, Romania comprising of 3 villages:
- Tuşnad/Tusnád
- Tuşnadu Nou/Újtusnád
- Vrabia/Csíkverebes

The commune has an absolute Székely Hungarian majority. According to the 2002 census it has a population of 2,114 of which 92.3% or 5,020 are Hungarian.
