Sântimbru or Csíkszentimre (Romanian: Sântimbru; Hungarian: Csíkszentimre) is a commune in Harghita County, Romania comprising of 2 villages:
- Sântimbru/Csíkszentimre
- Sântimbru-Băi/Szentimrefürdő

Formerly part of Sâncrăieni (Csíkszentkirály) commune, the 2 villages broke off in 2004 with a population of 2,064. The commune has an absolute Székely Hungarian majority. (For ethnic composition check demographics for Sâncrăieni.
