Mihăileni or Csíkszentmihály (Romanian: Mihăileni; Hungarian: Csíkszentmihály) is a commune in Harghita County, Romania, comprising 4 villages:
- Livezi/Lóvész
- Mihăileni/Csíkszentmihály
- Nădejdea/Ajnád
- Văcăreşti/Vacsárcsi

The commune has an absolute Székely (Hungarian) majority. According to the 2002 census it has a population of 2,643 of which 78.93% or 2,086 are Hungarian.
