Praid or Parajd (Romanian: Praid; Hungarian: Parajd) is a commune in Harghita County, Romania comprising 6 villages:
- Becaş/Békástelep
- Bucin/Bucsin
- Ocna de Jos/Alsósófalva
- Ocna de Sus/Felsősófalva
- Praid/Parajd
- Şaşvereş/Szászveres

The commune has an absolute Székely (Hungarian) majority. According to the 2002 census it has a population of 6,846 of which 96.92% or 6,635 are Hungarian.
