Cârţa or Csíkkarcfalva (Romanian: Cârţa; Hungarian: Csíkkarcfalva or Karcfalva; German: Kerz) is a commune in Romania, located in Harghita County. The commune comprises 2 villages:
- Cârţa/Karcfalva
- Ineu/Csíkjenőfalva
- Tomeşti/Csíkszenttamás has been an independent commune since 2004.
