Dealu or Oroszhegy (Romanian: Dealu; Hungarian: Oroszhegy) is a commune in Harghita County, Romania comprising 7 villages:

- Fâncel/Székelyfancsal

The commune has an absolute Székely (Hungarian) majority. According to the 2002 census it has a population of 2,837 of which 98.48% or 2,794 are Hungarian.
