Sânsimion or Csíkszentsimon (Romanian: Sânsimion; {{lang-hu|Csíkszentsimon) is a commune in Harghita County, Romania comprising 2 villages:
- Cetăţuia/Csatószeg
- Sânsimion/Csíkszentsimon

The commune has an absolute Székely Hungarian majority. According to the 2002 census it has a population of 3,446 of which 98.17% or 3,383 are Hungarian.
