Taio is a comune (municipality) in the province of Trento in the Italian region Trentino-Alto Adige/Südtirol, located about 30 km north of Trento. As of 31 December 2004, it had a population of 2,694 and an area of 11.3 km².[1]
Taio borders the following municipalities: Coredo, Denno, Nanno, Sanzeno, Tassullo, Ton, Tres and Vervò.
