Segonzano is a comune (municipality) in the province of Trento in the Italian region Trentino-Alto Adige/Südtirol, located about 15 km northeast of Trento. As of 31 December 2004, it had a population of 1,487 and an area of 20.8 km².[1]
Segonzano borders the following municipalities: Sover, Grumes, Valda, Faver, Cembra, Lona-Lases, Bedollo and Baselga di Pinè.
Near by is a spectacular geologic curiosity, the "Piramidi di Terra" pyramides created by errosion.
