Tønsberg-Eidsfossbanen is an abandoned railway between Eidsfoss and Tønsberg in Vestfold, Norway. The line opened in September 1901 and was operation until 1938. Part of the line was shared with Holmestrand-Vittingfossbanen. At Tønsberg it connected to Vestfoldbanen.

The railway was essential for Eidsfos Jernverk that produced smelter ovens. The creating of the railway was also partially to serve the inner parts of Vestfold, due to the choice of placing Vestfoldbanen along the more populated coast.
