The Saudi Arabian passport is issued to citizens of Saudi Arabia for international travel.

According to a study done by Henley & Partners, Saudi Arabia has a Henley Visa Restrictions Index of 31, which means that Saudi citizens enjoy visa-free access to 31 countries and territories for short-term tourism visits. Saudi Arabia is ranked 65th in the study in terms of international travel freedom. This is considerably lower than neighbouring UAE, Kuwait and Bahrain.

Saudi citizens do not need a visa to enter other member states of the GCC. They also have the right to take up jobs in those countries. Similarly, citizens of other GCC states do not need a visa to enter. Also, Saudi citizens do not need a visa to enter most of other member states of the Arab League.
