Ocean One is a 367 metre (1,204 feet) tall supertall skyscraper with 91 floors and 587 rooms under construction[citation needed] at Jomtien Beach in Pattaya, Thailand. Construction of Ocean One commenced in 2007 and is expected to be completed in 2010.
Ocean One will be, when completed the tallest building in Thailand. Ocean One, which is planned to be used as residential with a conference centre, was designed by the architect Woods Bagot and the structural engineer Connell Wagner. The construction of Ocean One is done being undertaken by K-TECH.
The highest apartments at Ocean One will be at a height of 327 metres (1,072 feet).
