Elite Residence is a supertall skyscraper under construction in Dubai, United Arab Emirates in the Dubai Marina district, overlooking one of the man made palm islands. The building will stand 380 m (1,247 feet) tall and have 91 floors.[2] Of the 91 floors 76 will be for 695 apartments and the other 15 will include amenities such as swimming pools, spas, reception areas, health clubs, a business center and a gymnasium.[3] Construction is set to end in 2010.[1]
