Ocean Heights is a supertall skyscraper designed by Aedas under construction in the Dubai Marina of greater Dubai. The tower will stand 310 meters (1,017 feet) tall and have 82 floors.[2] Construction is set to end in 2010.[2] The current version of the tower under construction, with its unique curves and twisting motion as one ascends, is actually the third version of the tower proposed by DAMAC Properties Co. The first version had the tower at a much shorter 38 floors, the second had 50.[2]
