India Tower (previously known as Park Hyatt Tower) is a supertall skyscraper under construction in Mumbai, Maharashtra and will be the tallest and greenest building in India once completed. It is set to be 301 meters, with a total of 85 floors and a gross area of 882,000 square feet (81,900 m²). It will be located at Marine Lines, just north of the city's historical district.
The skyscraper is designed by FXFOWLE as part of three-hotel luxury project being developed by Neelkamal Realtors - part of Dynamix Balwas Group - in conjunction with Hyatt hotels.
