Miss Universe Albania is a national beauty pageant for women in Albania, the winner represents Albania in Miss Universe. The pageant is not related to Miss Albania or Miss Shqiperia.

Jeta Modeling was awarded the rights to host the Miss Universe Albania pageant and to send an Albanian representative to compete at Miss Universe in 2006. This came after the Miss Albania Organization lost its license from the Miss Universe Organization. Eralda Hitaj became the first ever Miss Universe Albania.
