Concordia sulla Secchia is a comune (municipality) in the Province of Modena in the Italian region Emilia-Romagna, located about 50 km northwest of Bologna and about 30 km north of Modena. As of 31 December 2004, it had a population of 8,813 and an area of 41.2 km².[1]
The municipality of Concordia sulla Secchia contains the frazioni (subdivisions, mainly villages and hamlets) Fossa, Vallalta, san Giovanni, and santa Caterina.
Concordia sulla Secchia borders the following municipalities: Mirandola, Moglia, Novi di Modena, Quistello, San Giacomo delle Segnate, San Giovanni del Dosso, San Possidonio.
