Alberta Highway 10

Highway 10 is a short highway of about 35 km in southern Alberta. It extends southeast from the outskirts of Drumheller where it passes through Rosedale, then crosses Highway 56 and travels through East Coulee. It ends by splitting off into Highway 569 and Highway 564.

Highway 10X is a spur of Highway 10 that runs for only a few kilometres, connecting the former hamlet of Wayne with the main Highway 10. Following the amagamation of Drumheller with the Municipal District of Badlands in 1997, the entire highway falls within the Town of Drumheller.
