Volleyball at the 2008 Summer Olympics

Volleyball competitions at the 2008 Summer Olympics in Beijing will be held from August 9, 2008 to August 24, 2008. Indoor volleyball events will be held at Capital Indoor Stadium and Beijing Institute of Technology Gymnasium. Beach volleyball competitions will be held at the Beach Volleyball Ground at Chaoyang Park.

4 sets of medals will be awarded in following events:

• Volleyball Men (12 teams)
• Volleyball Women (12 teams)
• Beach Volleyball Men (24 teams)
• Beach Volleyball Women (24 teams)

NOC is allowed to enter 1 men's and 1 women's qualified team in volleyball tournaments and 2 men's and 2 women's qualified teams in beach volleyball tournaments.
