Varedo is a comune (municipality) in the Province of Milan (it will become part of the Province of Monza e Brianza in 2009) in the Italian region Lombardy, located about 15 km north of Milan. As of 31 December 2004, it had a population of 12,648 and an area of 4.8 km².[1]
The municipality of Varedo contains the frazione (subdivision) Valera.
Varedo borders the following municipalities: Desio, Bovisio-Masciago, Limbiate, Nova Milanese, Paderno Dugnano.
