Truccazzano is a comune (municipality) in the Province of Milan in the Italian region Lombardy, located about 25 km east of Milan. As of 31 December 2004, it had a population of 4,830 and an area of 22.2 km².[1]
The municipality of Truccazzano contains the frazioni (subdivisions, mainly villages and hamlets) Albignano, Cavaione, and Corneliano Bertario.
Truccazzano borders the following municipalities: Cassano d'Adda, Pozzuolo Martesana, Melzo, Rivolta d'Adda, Liscate, Comazzo.
