Thiamine pyrophosphokinase

Thiamine pyrophosphokinase is a phosphotransferase enzyme that catalyzes the transfer of a pyrophosphate moiety from adenosine triphosphate to thiamine, to give thiamine pyrophosphate, the coenzyme form of thiamine.
