The Heart is a music channel on XM Satellite Radio that specializes in playing soft AC love songs. It is available on channel 23 on XM and channel 819 on DirecTV. The program director of The Heart is Mike Abrams.

The Heart was on XM's channel lineup at service launch. In 2004 and 2005, the channel's regular format was temporarily replaced with a pop Christmas music format called "Holly" between Thanksgiving and Christmas; in 2006, Holly preempted XM's U-Pop channel instead and The Heart retained its normal format through December.
