Highway 16 is a channel on the XM Satellite Radio network that specializes in playing New Country. It is available on channel 16 on XM and channel 814 on DirecTV. The program director of Highway 16 is Jon Anthony who also shares on-air personality duties with Jay Thomas.
The channel is anchored from studios located in the Country Music Hall Of Fame in Nashville, instead of XM's main studios in Washington, DC.
