The Flow is an XM Satellite Radio online exclusive music channel. The channel was removed from satellite lineup on 2006-04-17 to make room for The Heat. The channel is one of the few XM channels that does not have any live personalities. The Flow airs Neo-Soul Music.
The channel is described as "The Next Generation of Soul"
The Flow was added to the lineup on 2002-08-26[1]. This channel was programmed by Radio One, Inc. until 2004 channel production turned in-house.
