Sulfinpyrazone is a uricosuric medication used to treat gout. It also sometimes used to reduce platelet aggregation by inhibiting degranulation of platelets which reduces the release of ADP & thromboxane.

Sulfinpyrazone works by competitively inhibiting uric acid reabsorption in the proximal tubule.
