Ross Township is located in Vermilion County, Illinois. The population was 1,476 at the 2000 census. Rossville is located in this township.

Ross Township covers an area of 43.42 square miles and contains the village of Rossville. According to the USGS, it contains four cemeteries: Bethel, Mann's Chapel, Miller and Prairie Chapel.
