Welcome to OhanaUnited's talk page.
Please read the following before making a comment in my talk page.

  • If you leave a message here, I will reply in your talk page.
  • I do not watchlist your talk page, unless you explictly indicate it clearly in your talk page or in your message. I also don't cross-post your message because I feel this is redunant.
  • If you come here to complain or rant about why I delisted an Good Article (GA) that you like/created/contributed, head over to this page. I have the same feeling as one of my favourite Wikipedia editor/administrator, LaraLove, towards how we got attacked by editors who object our delisting action.
  • Because I find it difficult to follow a conversation with anonymous, IP users, in addition to the possibility of dynamic IP address, I may not always respond to these editors' comments. While not necessary, it may help if you create an account.

[edit] WM Can question

Hi,

I responded to you on Meta m:User_talk:OhanaUnited#WM_Can_meeting here. Ping me there or on WV. Historybuff 00:47, 24 May 2008 (UTC)

[edit] My RfA

Hey OhanaUnited. I would like to thank you for your support in my RfA and the confidence expressed thereby. I appreciate your trust. :) Best wishes, —αἰτίας discussion 19:01, 24 May 2008 (UTC)

[edit] CANNOT BE ADMIN

A PERSON WITH SUCH MENTAL CAPABILITIES AS YOURS CANNOT BE ADMIN.--198.22.123.106 (talk) 19:15, 24 May 2008 (UTC)

Not cool, warned user. SQLQuery me! 19:23, 24 May 2008 (UTC)

[edit] Rollback

Sorry, I was correcting someone else's formatting, but my signature showed up because I hadn't substituted the four tildes. They corrected it themselves so I removed the duplicate! :) Best, PeterSymonds (talk) 20:17, 24 May 2008 (UTC)

[edit] WQA on you

Just to inform you that you are the subject of this WQA filed by Mbz1. Though it just looks like noise, you may want to look at it to see why he was upset. Ncmvocalist (talk) 04:02, 26 May 2008 (UTC)

No worries, and cheers for the note. You're right to be thinking he would probably take it further, but you and I both know what the outcome would be if he did. ;) Meanwhile, I'm going to let it go stale. Hopefully he gets the message and stops with the harassment. Ncmvocalist (talk) 15:53, 26 May 2008 (UTC)
Oh my, I hope so too. But I can imagine his request now - "please ban them both - they're ignoring me" lol. Ncmvocalist (talk) 16:16, 26 May 2008 (UTC)
Tsk tsk @ your friend's new posting. It's almost like he wants to be blocked. Ncmvocalist (talk) 16:40, 27 May 2008 (UTC)

[edit] New admins - your Signpost entry

Hi, in the latest Signpost (26/5/2008) you said there are five new admins, but you only list four.--Anthony Nolan O'Nymous (talk) 12:14, 30 May 2008 (UTC)

[edit] The FA-Team

Hi. There has been some discussion of how to improve the FA-Team's functioning. It's be grand if you could comment on the new suggested structure, and perhaps also look at our current proposals. Thanks. --jbmurray (talkcontribs) 18:38, 30 May 2008 (UTC)

[edit] CHALLENGE

I have completed your challenge for WikiProject Environment. Still no Barnstar --Megapen (talk) 16:49, 31 May 2008 (UTC)

[edit] Signaling pathways

Dear OhanaUnited, Thanks for the honor concerning the pathways made by me. My very topic is the Chemotxis/Signaling/Cell Biology and I could feel that it is hard to find review figures for e.g. FPR. If you know about other needs on this field please let me know - I shall try to compose one. Thanks again. Best regards from Kohlasz (talk) 07:31, 1 June 2008 (UTC)

[edit] Thanks for the Photo Barnstar

Didn't check my mail for a while, so I apologize for not acknowledging you earlier. Thank you again. Hopefully you attended the 2008 doors open event where Bay Lower was briefly open to the public.Abebenjoe (talk) 15:35, 3 June 2008 (UTC)

[edit] WP:HAU

Hello yet again. I regretfully inform you that the bot we were using to update the user status at Wikipedia:Highly Active Users, SoxBot V, was blocked for its constant updating. With this bot out of operation, a patch is in the works. Until that patch is reviewed and accepted by the developers, some options have been presented to use as workarounds: 1) Qui monobook (not available in Internet Explorer); 2) User:Hersfold/StatusTemplate; 3) Manually updating User:StatusBot/Status/USERNAME; or 4) Not worry about it and wait for the patch to go through, which hopefully won't take long. If you have another method, you can use that, too. If you have any questions, feel free to contact me. Useight (talk) 17:58, 3 June 2008 (UTC)

[edit] Global warming

That's an old notice; that story's pretty much died already, I think. Ral315 (talk) 06:01, 4 June 2008 (UTC)

[edit] Reviewing the technical articles

Hi, please tell us your viewpoint about this issue.

[edit] Signpost

Just to tell you - your link to Werdna's successful RfA was incorrectly placed, {{goa|Werdna|_3}} was required rather than simply {{goa|Werdna}} as you had it. I have updated this link for you - hope this is okay. Bobo. 12:53, 5 June 2008 (UTC)

[edit] Diego Velázquez

Hi I just chose you at random; please sprotect Diego Velázquez so I don't have to watch it anymore :) It is receiving vandalism because it is linked to from Google's logo. Sprotect for 24 hours is more than enough. Gary King (talk) 01:01, 6 June 2008 (UTC)

[edit] Challenge

Hello. I have done my best to meet the criteria for your award challenge at User:Sharkface217/Awards Center#WikiProject Environment, assessing the remaining unassessed articles for the project. Best --Eustress (talk) 22:22, 6 June 2008 (UTC)

[edit] translation from Chinese

Hi OhanaUnited

I have a pdf in Chinese about Chinese weapons and armour. page 134 to 139 are dedicated to crossbows. It would greatly help if you translated these section so that we could counter the eurocentrism of the crossbow article. Thanks a lot. Wandalstouring (talk) 13:36, 8 June 2008 (UTC)
