My name is Ryan and I'm sure you can figure out my last name from the rather transparent username. I'm 25 years old and currently live in Mount Vernon, Ohio. I hold a B.S. in biology (botany concentration) from Lebanon Valley College and have completed a significant amount of coursework toward an M.A. in environmental studies from The Evergreen State College. Elsewhere on the intertubes I sometimes go by the username KITKOR, which although is just a simple reversal of the initial/name order, sounds rather impressive as if I were to be going up against Godzilla in a war of the titans. Or maybe it sounds like a kind of candy bar. And yes, that's me in the photo to the right. Some (mostly strangers) have said I resemble Brent Spiner of Star Trek TNG fame. To family, I've been affectionately known as nasone. Friends call me things I shouldn't repeat. Best friends invent new words. All in good fun.
My primary focus on Wikipedia has been carnivorous plants, specifically the genus Stylidium. I've made it my goal to have some information written down on every one of the 300+ species in the family Stylidiaceae. To date I've completed 87 pages related to Stylidium and 20 pages related to the other members of the Stylidiaceae, most of which are informed stubs with promise. The genus Levenhookia is relatively complete, though there is always more information I can add. I have amassed quite a bit of information related to Stylidiaceae. I've also been dedicated to finding and uploading as many images and original sources as possible related to Stylidiaceae. I also organized WP:PLANTS and WP:CPS article assessment. Other periodic edits include cleaning up Category:Plants and subcats, sorting plant stubs and assessing WP:PLANTS articles, sometimes with the help of BotanyBot, which I operate.

- Continue to fix WPPLANTS-assessed talk pages of redirects by doing history merges.
- Sort through User:AlexNewArtBot/PlantsSearchResult daily.
Update the stubs section at Wikipedia:WikiProject Plants/Resources to reflect current additions to stub types.- And more that I'm probably forgetting.
- Review article Dendrosenecio as the content was way beyond the scope and ability of the articles initiator.
