NSB BM86 is a diesel-electric multiple unit used by Norges Statsbaner between 1938 and 1996. A total of 38 motor cars and 31 end cars were built by Strømmen between 1938-54, including six subtypes designated A through F.
Twenty cars have been preserved, including the Norwegian Railway Association, Valdresbanen, Arendalsbanens venner, the Nordic Railway Association and Numedalsbanen.
