Henry V. Rayhons is the Iowa State Representative from the 11th District. He has served in the Iowa House of Representatives since 1996.
Rayhons currently serves on several committees in the Iowa House - the Agriculture committee; the Public Safety committee; and the Natural Resources committee, where he is the ranking member. He also serves on the Transportation, Infrastructure, and Capitals Appropriations Subcommittee.
Rayhons was re-elected in 2006 with 5,933 votes, defeating Democratic opponent Ann Fairchild. [1]
