David "Dave" Jacoby is the Iowa State Representative from the 30th District. He has served in the Iowa House of Representatives since 2003, when he was elected in a special election following the resignation of Dick Myers. [1]
Jacoby currently serves on several committees in the Iowa House - the Appropriations committee; the Human Resources committee; the State Government committee; and the Commerce committee, where he is chair.
Jacoby was re-elected in 2006 with 9,639 votes, running unopposed. [2]
